fresh towels friendly owner clean room broken fence busy estate lock box
the room was clean, with fresh towels? and bedding. i liked that the room had all facilities for my needs. james was very friendly. he offered me a double room instead of single.
access is via a lock box on the outside wall. on first view, the outside fence is broken. it is in the middle of a busy industrial estate, so sleep is disturbed early due to traffic.

room fridge simple check-in nice room
The room had a microwave and a fridge. That was very handy. check-in was simple. The owner was very accommodating. the room itself was really nice.
The shower temperature was a little difficult to adjust. I found it went from cool to quite warm quickly.

the room was clean, modern, and offered everything i needed. fresh towels and bedding were provided every day. the comfortable bed made for restful sleep. I really liked the minimalist design.
